8oz Roasted Barley
12oz Chocolate Malt
24oz Crystal 90L
8oz Rice Hulls
1 Tbsp. Irish Moss (reconstituted)
2oz Fuggle 4.0%AA (60 min)
1oz Tettnanger 5.3%AA (10 min)
Scottish Ale Yeast in a starter
Mash at 160°F, collect 10 gallons, boil for an hour (boiling off 1 gallon), Add 1-2 quarts pomegranate juice and yeast starter.
